Sales / Office Administrator

As Sales / Office Administrator your role will be varied covering guest services and back of house administrative duties relating group and individual reservations, invoicing, purchase orders, payroll and banking.  No two days will be the same. Whilst many of your responsibilities will be office-based, there will be aspects of your role which are guest facing such as assisting with showing prospective clients around and in time representing Kate Kearney’s Cottage at local and trade events.  You will work alongside the owner and front of house team to deliver a warm and authentic service to our guests, making it a truly memorable experience.  This is a full-time role on site at Kate Kearney’s Cottage Monday – Friday and sometimes only in exceptional circumstances there might be requirement to work on a Saturday – show arounds

What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • A keen interest in the sales | marketing | social media would be a bonus
